You have generated a form somehow via Quik! (how the exact method form was generated is not relevant for this use case) , filled it out, and now would like to send the finished form to a colleague for further processingform to another remote recipient to review and work on (e.g. fill out, e-sign, submit, approve, etc.). The form contains sensitive information, so you want to make sure the information is secure and outside parties cannot access it without permission.

...

Quik! offers the ability to email a form directly from our HTML form viewer. Emailing a form requires a few items to work:

  • You must first configure

...

  • Quik! to display the Email button

...

  • on the form (a single setting)
  • You must provide a URL for the form to post the form data to
  • Your system must store the posted form data and then send an email to the customer with a link to view the form
  • When the user clicks the form link your system must retrieve the saved data and call Quik! to display the form again

When a user is ready to email the form , he or she clicks the button , and enters the name and email of the recipient. A verification code can must be added which to ensure security - the recipient must enter the verification code upon opening the form before he or she may view the contents. The form does not need to be completely filled out before emailing (or even filled out at all). The recipient may input information, print the form, submit it for processing and e-sign the form.
