How To Set Fields as Read-Only (Locked)

There are a number of ways to control which fields a user can edit in the Quik! Form Viewer.

BY FIELD:
You can set any field on the form to Read Only so the user cannot edit the values. This is done at a field level (i.e. you set 1own.FName to Read Only) which gives you the flexibility to leave some fields editable and others locked. https://efficienttech.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/QAG/pages/53943755

BY ROLE:
You can lock all the fields for a specific role, like the account holder (Owner 1, Owner 2) or account (Account 1), etc.

BY SPECIFIC FORM:
You can do this for specific forms in the package: https://efficienttech.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/QAG/pages/1227882505

ENTIRE FORM PACKAGE:
You can also apply this rule at a more global level for the entire form using the SetFormReadOnly property. ( )

SIGNING:

Read-only attributes can also be sent to DocuSign when making fields editable in the signing experience.
