There is no configuration required in order to include these fields for Pershing--they will populate automatically, and will always be hidden on the form. Any customer that wishes to submit forms to Pershing Advisor Solutions with DocuSign can enjoy this integration by default.
REQUIREMENTS
A customer must be provisioned by Pershing to use the Pershing DocuSign Account ID. The customer must pass the AccountID value to the QFE as a property in order for their forms to show up in the Pershing DocuSign account.
