Business Challenge

You have generated a form somehow (the exact method is not relevant for this use case), filled it out, and now would like to send the finished form to a colleague for further processing. The form contains sensitive information, so you want to make sure the information is secure and outside parties cannot access it without permission.

The Quik! Solution

Quik! offers the ability to email a form directly from our HTML viewer. You must first configure the viewer to display the Email button. Then, when a user is ready to email the form, he or she clicks the button, and enters the name and email of the recipient. A verification code can be added which the recipient must enter upon opening the form before he or she may view the contents. The form does not need to be completely filled out before emailing (or even filled out at all)-- the recipient may input information as well.

Real-World Example

ATM Concepts, Inc. uses Quik! to host forms on their website for customers and prospects. Forms are accessed via links on the site, filled out in the Quik! HTML viewer, and shared for submission and processing.
