Can we allow only approved firms to e-sign our forms?

Yes. If your firm is a form owner (i.e. you manage a library of forms in Quik!), you can make your forms e-signable only by certain Quik! customers. This is useful in cases when your firm requires approval for organizations to e-sign your forms. To accomplish this, follow the steps below.

  1. Notify the Quik! Support team (support@quikforms.com) that you would like to enable e-signature on your forms for approved organizations only

  2. Quik! will verify that your form library is set as not e-signable in our system, with “allow overrides” turned off as well

  3. If you know which firms you would like to enable e-signature for, please provide Quik! with the organization name and Quik! Customer ID (if possible)

  4. Quik! will make your form library e-signable for these customers only, and will notify you when this setting has been changed for these customers

IMPORTANT: This feature is only possible for form owners. If you would like to make other form libraries e-signable or not e-signable for your users, follow the steps described here.
