Dashboard Overview

This page guides you through the main components and features of our dashboard interface, helping you maximize your experience.

Getting Started

  • At the top, you'll find the hamburger menu, which provides access to your Customer ID and Settings options. Settings will allow you to manage your account and personalize your experience.

  • On the top-left, you have the ability to update your Company Logo, providing that personal touch to your workspace.

  • Should you wish to return to the Home Page dashboard at any time, click on the 'Quik!' logo for swift navigation.

  • Your Basket, located in the top-right corner, is where you can view your forms after selecting them during your workflow.


Starting a Workflow

Search Forms

  • Utilize the Search Forms function to easily locate the specific forms you need.

Form Bundles

  • Form Bundles enable you to organize related forms, saving you time and effort by eliminating the need to locate individual forms each time you need them, especially when launching a set of forms together.


Multi-Package Workflows

In addition to single-package workflows, you can start a Multi-Package workflow directly from the Dashboard. This allows you to:

  • Create and name multiple packages in a single workflow

  • Organize forms by account, entity, or purpose

  • Manage between 2–10 packages at a time

Resuming a Workflow

Recent Forms

  • Recent Forms is a time-saving feature that automatically adds your recently used forms to the homepage, streamlining access without the need for manual searching.

Saved Forms

  • Once you've initiated a form or bundle, you can save your work-in-progress in the Saved Forms section. This feature is handy when you're not yet ready to submit the forms for E-Signature, allowing you to review them later.
