Roles and Permissions

Features in the Quik! App operates at two levels: Global and Individual.

  • Global: Settings or actions under "Global" apply universally across the entire customer account.

  • Individual (User): Features categorized as "Individual" are user-specific, offering customization and visibility settings that users control personally.

While some features have both Global and Individual applications, it's important to note that Admin and User permissions can vary for each feature.

Admins and Users manage their own personal Form Bundles, and neither can view each other’s personal Form Bundles.

 

Public Form Bundles

Admins can manage Public Form Bundles.

Users can manage the same Public Form bundles since they are shared globally.

 

Saved Forms

Admins and Users manage their own Saved Forms, and neither can view each other’s Saved Forms.

 

Favorite Forms
