Upload and Manage Forms

To upload and manage your library of forms, please visit our Quik! Forms Manager (QFM).

Open

You can use the QFM to:

• Manage form attributes

• Decide who in your organization manages each form

• Approve built forms before they are published

• Review reports about your form's statistics

If you prefer to have Quik! manage your library of forms, you can always email them to our Forms Team at: forms@quikforms.com.

Forms Turn-around Time

Your forms will be completed on the date you specify, or within ten business days from submission. Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days or less. If you need your forms done by a certain date, please email your forms 10 business days ahead of that date, if possible. If you would like a status report, please contact the Forms Team (forms@quikforms.com).

Form Build Pricing

Standard Build Fee - $20 per fillable page

Minimum 1 page per form; built in 10 business days or less

• Includes building forms to our standard field definition to be fillable, interactive, secure and signable.

Premium and FormXtract Build Fee - $30 per fillable page

Minimum 1 page per form; built in 10 business days or less

• Includes the Standard Build plus customized fields to ensure the highest level of integration.

Add-On Build Options

To better help you meet the demands of your business, you can optionally ask for forms to be built faster or with higher levels of customization:

• Rush - +$10 per fillable page – built in 2-4 business days

• Custom - $10 per fillable page – applies to any of the following:

  • Customer-defined field names or non-Quik! field naming conventions

  • Retaining customer-built JavaScript

  • Retaining customer-built field attributes (e.g. hard-coded drop-down lists)

  • Customer-defined build parameters

Form Subscriptions

Quik! lists all publicly available forms on our website here. In addition to public libraries, Quik! also maintains many private libraries with varying levels of access, available by request only. If you would like to know if Quik! has forms that may only be listed privately, please contact our Forms Team (forms@quikforms.com) with the list of forms in question, and we will inform you whether or not they are available for your organization to subscribe to.
