Quik! Form and Field Definitions

At the heart of every Quik! solution is a core architecture that all Quik! products and services share in common: the Quik! Field Definition. The purpose of the Field Definition is to make all forms and documents work in the same manner through a defined set of field types with common field names. Whether a given form's job is to open a new account or change an address or inform a customer about something, any time the form requires repetitive information, that info should appear on the form in the correct place regardless of how the form is visually designed. The Quik! Field Definition makes this possible by having the same field on different forms built the exact same way.

Quik! Form Definition

A Quik! Form is a document that has been built to adhere to the Quik! Standard of automation, which includes fillable fields, form-level security and the ability to automate the form using Quik! software. All Quik! Forms are built using the Quik! Field Definition to define which fields are enabled on a form to be used with Quik! software.

Quik! Form Service Levels

The Quik! Field Definition is organized into three distinct service levels, where a service level defines the level of automation a form is capable of satisfying.

Standard

The base level of fields is intended to make it easy to pre-fill standard fields on all forms. Our form build process ensures every field is built for digital signature.

Premium

An upgraded level of fields to make it easy to submit form data electronically for processing.

Selected forms, primarily clearing firm forms

Custom

An upgraded level of form build that allows customers to map to every field using User-Defined Fields, regardless of whether the field is defined in Quik!.
