Feature Detail: Managing Advisor Data
Quik! is licensed per advisor, not per user. This means that you have one license per named advisor. This version of Quik! was designed for multiple advisors in the same office or company to share a single customer account to make billing easier and less expensive. To add additional advisor licenses to your account, login to your account by clicking one of the "My Account" links in Quik! Transaction Manager or visit http://www.quikforms.com and login.
Quik! Transaction Manager enables you to prefill forms with your advisor information including name, personal office, branch office, broker/dealer office, prior broker/dealer office and your advisor numbers. The only required fields are your advisor name and at least a primary advisor number. With this version of the software, your advisor data is stored centrally by Quik! and automatically shared with all your users and other advisor licenses, if you choose.
