Why should I look at these reports?

Our reports dashboard can help you see client and user adoption trends, see your impact on the environment by how many trees you're saving, see list of customers, forms and companies, and gain insight into our form building process. The reporting dashboard is a powerful tool to help you communicate about the value of using Quik! forms automation and can enable your team to ensure you're getting the highest level of adoption possible for your forms-enabled workflows. You've worked hard to build a solution for your users and our reports will help you gain the insights needed to ensure you maximize your investment. 

Can I access reports on my phone?

Yes! We partnered with Klipfolio and they provide an app for iPhones and Android that enable you to view your dashboards directly from your mobile device. Download it now and sign in with your account credentials.

Who should I share reports with?

Sharing reports is encouraged so long as you're not sharing data with the wrong audience. There are several ways to share reports:

  • Email - you can send a report via email and even on a schedule. 
  • Download - you can download reports as PDF, image or CSV so you can do more with them.
  • Embed - reports can be embedded in your website or intranet to share information as reports are refreshed.

TIP: Please share a report with yourself before sharing with others to ensure you're sharing the correct report and level of detail.

Who should have access to a dashboard?

We recommend your executives, client account managers, and any personnel who are responsible for how Quik! is used become a user with at least viewer privileges (view only does not allow for downloading or sharing reports). We can add as many users as you'd like to the reporting dashboard but request you only add the necessary people. 

What can users do?

A user with View Only rights can only view the reports, drill-down and see information.

A user with Editor rights can edit the report (which should NOT be done) and download or share report data. Most users should have edit rights in order to share and download report data but users should be warned to not edit any reports.

How often do reports refresh?

Generally Quik! reports once per day and reflect data that is from the prior day. Many of the refreshes are done in the morning hours so you may not see the refresh until after noon depending on your timezone and the settings of each report. NOTE: While there are some reports that refresh dynamically as you choose clients or drill-down most are on daily automatic refresh schedules. 

Can I create my own reports?

By default, no. However, if you are interested in creating your own dashboard and reports, contact us to enhance your account for additional capabilities. Adding reports may incur nominal costs to upgrade your account. Contact your account manager or our support team for more info.

Who/What is Klipfolio?

Klipfolio is a cloud-based reporting service and was founded in 2001. We partnered with Klipfolio to provide this dashboard reporting service at no cost to you. Klipfolio's expertise in providing a reporting platform met our needs exceptionally well and our partnership enables us to provide some features to customers at our cost and to resell Klipfolio.
