Quik! App Updates

New Features & Enhancements

• No new Quik! App features in this release.

Resolved Issues

• Add People Step Returned Blank Records (Salesforce): Fixed an issue where blank Salesforce records were shown when using Person Accounts.

• Add People Prefill Caching: Fixed an issue where previously selected contacts were cached and repopulated unexpectedly in Add People.

Quik! Engine Updates

New Features & Enhancements

• Quik! Engine Infrastructure Upgrades: Backend enhancements to improve performance, scalability, and long-term reliability.

• FinalFormsMode Support for Roles Endpoints: Added FinalFormsMode parameter to return results from Final status version from the following endpoints:

  • /rest/QFEM/v2000/forms/sign

  • /rest/QFEM/v2000/forms/client

  • /rest/QFEM/v2000/forms/rep

• SIGNiX Optional Signature Support: Optional signature fields defined using the OptionalEsignField attribute via Field Rules are now supported in SIGNiX workflows.

• Save Payload Update: Fields provided in the FormFields section of the execute/html request are now always included in the Save payload, even if those fields are not visible or present on the form.

• Return Envelope ID in Prepare to Sign Pop-Up: Envelope ID now appears in a JavaScript pop-up immediately after signing in Form Viewer.

• ExcludedLibraries Support for Document Visibility: Added ExcludedLibraries parameter to exclude all forms from a library, simplifying configuration without listing individual Form IDs. Learn more: Configuring Document Visibility

Resolved Issues

• International Phone Number Support: Updated validation in Docusign SMS workflows to allow international numbers.

• Fix for Prefilled Data Removal with FillableFieldSharing: "Signers": Resolved an issue where prefilled data was missing for fields assigned to recipients who were not routed the envelope. Form field data is now retained for all recipients, regardless of signer status.
