App Enterprise Onboarding Checklist

As a new customer, here are the key steps to a successful onboarding.

1 | Account Sign Up | Quik! | Please sign up for an account to be your master or parent account at Quik! (see Parent-Child Account Setup) |
2 | Subscribe to Forms | You or Quik! | To limit which companies your users see, you’ll want to explicitly subscribe to the companies that you work with. Follow these steps to subscribe to forms. |
3 | Create Form Groups (OPTIONAL) | You or Quik! | If you plan on using public form groups, now is a good time to set up at least one form group for testing purposes. For setting up more than 10 form groups, it may be best to request that Quik! uploads a spreadsheet of your form groups. |
4 | Add your Logo (OPTIONAL) | You | You can add your logo to your forms by uploading your logo file to our server. |
5 | E-Sign Setup (OPTIONAL) | You | If you plan on using Quik! with an enterprise DocuSign or SIGNiX account, you may find it easiest to set up your authentication between Quik! and your e-sign vendor now in the Quik! App Settings section: Docusign - How to Connect to an Account (Admin) How to Connect a SIGNiX Account (Admin) You can also request a default recipient be set up on your account so all e-signed forms go to a specific email account - ask us for it. |
6 | Manage E-Sign On Forms (OPTIONAL) | You | An feature you can optionally configure is E-Sign Enablement. This feature determines which forms are signable AND automatically turns OFF e-signing capability when users select one or more forms that are not signable. This helps reduce errors. You can configure which forms and companies are e-signable here: |
7 | Configure Field Rules (OPTIONAL) | You + Quik! | One of the most powerful features of Quik! is the ability to apply rules to fields - make them required, default values into them, set background colors and more. NOTE: Configuring field rules is a little tricky so it’s best if you ask for assistance and/or training. If you have a lot of rules, we can upload them all for you and save you a lot of work. |
8 | Develop Communication Plan | You + Quik! | Our marketing team and customer success team is ready to help you onboard your users in the most efficient and informative ways. We can do webinars and trainings, provide landing pages and support materials, and even reward or entice your users with swag. Plan a meeting with our team to discuss how we can best assist your effort to gain the highest possible adoption. |
9 | Request Automated Settings | Quik! | On the Parent-Child Account Setup page is a list of automations we can run on your account to ensure your settings are automatically applied to your user’s child accounts. Together, we’ll identify which ones need to be set up and then do it. |
