Knowledge Base

The online Knowledge Base is a repository of articles written about specific problems, issues, features and frequently asked questions our customers have experienced and resolved with Quik!. To access it, click the Knowledge Base link in the Tools section of the Home page. You can also click the Search Knowledge Base links on the Collapsible menu or Help menu.

After you enter your search criteria, click the Search button to see your results. The results are displayed in a grid where you can click an article to see the article details.
