Does Quik! monitor and notify customers about system errors?
Quik! servers are monitored 24/7 by several of our service providers (i.e. Amazon Web Services). If there is a major issue or outage, Quik! is notified immediately. From there, Quik! alerts all customers on the System Notification List about the issue. Please note that periodic latency issues are not monitored by Quik! unless they reach critical levels that trigger a notification by our service providers.
The standard server maintenance time for Quik! is typically after 8:00pm Pacific on Friday nights, but can occur on other nights as needed.
Customers can also check the status of all of our web applications and services on the Quik! System Status website.
