Where Can I Find My Quik! UserID?

The first step to locating your Quik! UserID is to log into your account on Quik! Customer Central (https://qcc.quikforms.com).
Once logged in you'll see the welcome screen shown below.
Next, click on the circled area in the top navigation area titled, "Users".
After clicking, the 'Manage Users' page will be displayed.
Looking at the circled area, you'll see the UserID associated with the account.
