You can monitor the real-time status of Quik! systems, receive outage alerts, and subscribe to incident updates. Quik! posts all system performance and maintenance notices on the Quik! System Status page. You can also review our Support Policy and Enterprise SLA for detailed expectations.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Visit the Quik! System Status page
    Go to https://www.quickforms.com/quik-systems-status .

  2. Review current system performance
    Check for any active incidents, outages, or degraded performance across Quik! products.

  3. Subscribe to updates

    • Select Subscribe to Updates at the top of the page.

    • Choose your preferred notification method (email, SMS, or webhook).

    • You can also subscribe to specific components.

Troubleshooting

  • Issue: I’m experiencing latency or slowness

    • Check the System Status page for any active incidents.

    • Latency is not reported unless it reaches a critical threshold.

  • Issue: I didn’t receive an outage alert

    • Make sure you're subscribed to notifications on the System Status page.

    • Verify your email or phone number is correct.

  • Issue: I need help beyond system notifications
