Save Button Disappeared

Problem

I load a form and the 'Save' button in the top navigation is missing.

Solution

The reason for the 'Save' button not being displayed in the top navigation is due to JavaScript failing to load or having been disabled by the browser.

Steps to resolve this issue for Internet Explorer users:
 

  1. Load Internet Explorer (We support IE10 and IE11 Versions)
     

  2. Click on 'Tools'
     

  3. Then click on 'Internet Options'
     



  4. Select the Security Tab
     

  5. Select trusted sites


     

  6. Click on Custom Level
     



  7. Scroll down to Scripting
     

  8. Enable



  9. Click OK
