Business Challenge

You already use Quik! to generate forms and have built the necessary integrations to/from Quik!'s data model to send data to and receive data from forms. When it comes to sharing that same data with other systems or third-parties it's often difficult to agree upon data formats and standards, resulting in one-off integrations. 

The Quik! Solution

When two or more systems or companies use Quik! they can then use the Quik! Field Definition (forms data model) then sharing data becomes exceptionally easy. For example, a customer could generate forms in their system and post the form data directly to another company's website that consumes that data and/or displays the data in another form on their side. 

Real World Example

One of Quik!'s broker/dealer customers who has been using Quik! for well over a decade contracted with a Quik! business partner and reseller to manage a forms-based process. The challenge the customer had is having the reseller share the data so the customer could automate processing the forms being generated by the partner system. By agreeing to use the Quik! data model, the business partner generates the forms and then sends the form data in the raw Quik! format to the customer. The customer can now consume that raw data with the Quik! software to process the forms as if the customer themselves had generated the form. Sharing information in this way made it possible for the customer to work with another vendor while maintaining their existing infrastructure and workflow. In addition, the business partner was able to win the business (referred by Quik!) because the challenge of sharing data was eliminated.
