Upload Forms

This button is linked to the Quik! Forms Manager (QFM). Once logged in, the QFM is where you upload and manage your library of forms. You can use the QFM to manage form attributes, decide who in your organization manages each form, approve built forms before they are published, and review reports about your form's statistics.
