Choose Forms

Users can subscribe to forms via the Quik! Forms Enterprise Manager.  You will not be able to generate a specific form in your implementation of the Quik! Forms Engine unless your account is subscribed to either the entire library that a form belongs to (i.e. American Funds) or the individual form. All forms belong to either public or private libraries. Public libraries can be subscribed to at will, while private libraries must be approved for subscription. All public libraries are listed on the Forms page on the Quik! Company website. Contact Quik! if you wish to subscribe to form(s) in a private library. 

Subscribing via the Quik! Forms Enterprise Manager

Step 1: Log in to your account at quikforms.com, and go to the Quik Forms Enterprise product to open the Quik! Forms Enterprise Manager. Once there, click on the Choose Forms button.

Step 2: Choose either AutoSubscribe By Company or Individual Form. 

Step 3a: By AutoSubscribing, your account will automatically be updated nightly to be subscribed to all the forms for a given company (except for forms you specifically unsubscribed from your account). The companies you are already subscribed to are located on the top section, while the list of all other public libraries are available below. To subscribe to a private library (not displayed), please contact Quik!.

Step 3b: To subscribe to an individual form, click on the Indvidual Form link. From there, you can search for all public library forms by company name, category, keywords, etc. Note that the Literature Number is the ID number assigned by the dealer, while the Quik! Form ID is a unique identifier created by the Quik! Forms Team and used in the Quik! database.

Step 4: For either options, check the box of the company or form you wish to subsribe to, and press Save. Your account is now subscribed to that form, and you may apply rules, package with other forms, and generate it as many times as you wish.
