Request Forms
Quik! Transaction Manager gives you access to all the forms that are publicly available in our library plus private forms for your broker/dealer. If you want forms we don't have, you can either request specific forms or companies, or unlock private forms that we maintain for customers like you.
Request A Form
To request that a new form be added to our system, you may start either in the desktop software or at the website. On the desktop software, go to the Online menu and click "Request A Form".
The Submit Form Request web page will open and you can make your request online from there.
To start at the website, go to the Quik! website (quikforms.com) and log in. In Customer Central, click on the Forms Library drop-down menu and select "Request To Add Form".
Our policy for handling requests is to do the following:
- Check to see if we already have the form and let you know how to access it if we do
- Contact the form owner (e.g. product company) and ask for the form to be added to our library
- If neither of the above work, we may ask if you want the form built as a private form for your personal use only (charges may apply and will be quoted at the time of service)
Request A Form Company
We have built our forms library by focusing on the forms that are in the highest demand by our customers. But there are many more companies whose forms we would be willing to add, if requested. The best way to tell us that you need another company added to our system is to request a form company be added.
To request that a new form company be added to our system, you may start either in the desktop software or at the website.
On the desktop software, go to the Online menu and choose Request A Form Company.
The "Request Form Company To Be Added" web page will open and you can make your request online from there.
To start at the website, go to the Quik! website (quikforms.com) and log in. In Customer Central, click on the Forms Library drop-down menu and select "Request To Add Company".
The more information you can provide, the more likely it is we'll be able to obtain that company's forms. In fact, if you know someone of influence at the company that will help us faster than the company's 800 number or regional wholesaler.
When we receive company requests we take the following steps:
- We see if we already have the company and let you know how to access it.
- We contact the company and ask them to add their forms to our library
- If neither of the above work, we may ask if you want specific forms built as private forms for your personal use only (charges may apply and will be quoted at the time of service).
Please be patient as adding a form company can take several weeks or even months, and it may take us a few days to respond to your request.
Unlock Private Forms
Many companies have provided forms to us but request that the forms remain private except for approved customers. Companies like clearing firms, money managers and even some insurance carriers need to ensure their forms only go to users they know and agree to. In these cases, we have to either get written or verbal approval based on customer requests. In some cases a subscription code (or discount code) can be used to unlock the forms – this code is built by Quik! and delivered by the product company or by Quik! when the company approves.
Unlocking private forms with a subscription code can be done through the desktop software or at the website. To start at the website, go to the Quik! website (quikforms.com) and log in. In Customer Central, click on the Forms Library drop-down menu and select "Manage Private Companies".
On the desktop software, go to the Online menu and choose "Unlock Private Forms".
The "Manage Private Form Company Access" web page will open.
This web page shows you which form companies you have already unlocked and asks if you want to unlock more. To unlock more choose YES and then click Submit. You will then be asked to enter a subscription code. Enter the code and click SUBMIT and the forms will be added to your account.
After unlocking a private form company, please log out then log back in to see the company in your form search drop-down list.
