Step 3: Generate Forms

Once you've selected forms and chosen clients, the last step is to generate the forms and finish completing them. Step 3 gives you the opportunity to choose your advisor information and to make final choices about which forms you want to generate.

Select Advisor Info

Before you can view your forms, you need to choose the advisor data to populate on the forms. If you only have a single advisor license, you will only see your advisor in the drop-down list. For users with multiple advisor licenses, all the applicable advisors will display in the drop-down list so you can choose the one(s) that apply and whether to do individual or split business.

Review Forms To Generate

The forms you chose in Step 1 appear on the final page. If you wish to exclude any of them from your package then click the red X to remove them from this screen. You can also re-order the forms by moving the forms up and down in the list with the arrow triangles next to each record.
When you are finished, Click "Start Forms".
