Feature Detail: Quik! Client Database

Overview

To better assist users who do not have access to a client database, Quik! Transaction Manager includes a basic client database. You should only use this database if you have no other client data source or can't get an export file from a client data source. The Quik! client database is not intended to be anything other than a place where you can type in client data once and have it prefill on many forms.
NOTE: Client data is stored ONLY on the PC in which you enter the data and the same database is shared amongst all users of that PC regardless of their login to Quik! Transaction Manager.
To use the Quik! Client Database, click the Quik! Client DB icon in the Configure Quik! section of the Home page. You can also click on the "Manage Quik! Database" link on the Collapsible menu or click "Manage Quik! Client Database" on the Tools menu or Navigation bar.
